About Pelham House

There are three generous rooms including two rooms with queen beds, a suite that can accommodate up to three people, and for people who have difficulty with stairs, there is a ground floor room with king bed. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and two have harbour views. Breakfast is made using fresh, locally sourced produce and fair trade, locally roasted coffee.

Pelham House B&B rates & information

Rates, inclusive of a full breakfast, are based on double occupancy. 15% HST applies. There is a 10% discount for bookings of 3 nights or more.

Minimum booking of two nights. One night is an option if available between existing reservations. Please check availability.

Room 1 - $225/night, additional person $75
Room 3 - $200/night
Room 4 - $225/night

Smoking is not permitted, including on outdoor terraces.

Check-in is between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. although you are welcome to leave your car parked here while you wander the town.

Beautiful accomodations and was certainly pleasant owners and was everything and more for a Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was a 5 ☆ gourmet breakfast made by the chef of the house. Will definitely be back again. -B & J

Home is a place where you feel safe and can relax with people who care about you. This is how we felt by the hospitality at the Pelham House. No detail was overlooked and the breakfasts were amazing. Michael and David were the most gracious hosts plus Harry. We loved it and will be back for another stay as soon as we can.-T & MJ 

Michael and David are perfect hosts. They take great care of their guests. This is a lovely B&B with clean and cozy rooms. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. Pelham House is nicely decorated and very well situated. We definitely would recommend this excellent B&B. - Wanderer820903
